If you've already set up a link between a cell in Excel and a layer in Stratosphere (see this FAQ here for a detailed walkthrough of how to do that) then getting the quantities back into Excel is only a click away.

To pull quantities from Stratosphere back into their associated cells in Excel click the "Refresh" button in the Stratosphere section of the Excel toolbar. This button pulls all the linked quantities that you've taken off, so you only need to press it one time to bring back all of your values.

If you have a cell that isn't linked to a Stratosphere takeoff you've completed and want to set up that connection and pull in the measurement we can take care of that as well.

  1. Select the cell you wish to import the quantity to
  2. In the Stratosphere section of your Excel toolbar click which type of quantity you wish to link; length, area, or count
  3. When the dropdown menu pops up you'll see all the layers in your Stratosphere project. Click the layer you wish to import and that quantity will be linked with that cell

As an alternative to this process, you can use the right-click Stratosphere menu to find the layer you want to connect and then click the quantity type (length, area, count)
