There are a few reasons why you might not be seeing values in your spreadsheet after completing a takeoff in Stratosphere and we'll go through the most likely options here to do a bit of troubleshooting.

The most likely reason is simply that the sheet has not refreshed with the latest values from Stratosphere. To refresh all of the values in your linked Excel spreadsheet press the "Refresh" button in the Stratosphere section of your Excel toolbar.

If that doesn't do the trick, the next place to check is to ensure that you are bringing over the correct element from the layer in Stratosphere, meaning that if you want the area quantity to be inserted into a cell you need to ensure that Excel knows you're looking for the area instead of the length or count of that layer. If the wrong element is linked to a cell and you need to make an edit follow the steps below. Note that in this example we have a cell that is looking for an area quantity when it should be looking for a length.

  1. Go to the destination cell where you want the length to be placed and press the delete key
  2. In the Stratosphere section of your Excel toolbar click the "Length" button
  3. Find the name of the layer you wish to insert and click that layer name
  4. Now the destination cell is linked with the length quantity from that layer

Note that you can follow these same steps by using the right-click menu and following similar steps: Stratosphere> The name of the layer you want to link > length
